Happy Birthday Mom!

It is my Mom's birthday today! Here is the card I made for her. She loves getting gift cards to her favorite food joints. To make it a bit more personalized I decided to create the gift card enclosure. I like how these turned out.

Custom Dog Illustration

I had a friend ask me to create a custom illustration for a condolence card. The lab, Lexi, passed away last week. I like to think my sweet pets will be in a beautiful place enjoying all the things they love when they are no longer with me. These are always tough but I hope it brings a warm smile to their sad heart.

Drawing black animals is challenging for me. But I think this ended up working.

This is a card I made and after joking around with a friend I drew the crazy faces on the balloons. We kept calling them Chompers - I like it!

Ballooning

I made these simple balloons for an illustration and started playing with colors and a card design. I ended up with this flat card and I really like it. Also, I am trying to let myself do more simple illustrations on more of my cards. So here ya have it.
