Another book that I recently picked up and am enjoying immensely - Craft Inc.
I saw it on Print+Pattern and immediately knew it was something I should be reading. It's very motivating and informative on what it takes to make a business creating things you love to do. So I would definitely suggest this to anyone thinking about pursuing their own creative business venture. I am sooo glad I did.
