Marshmallow Cookie Sandwiches

This is the new recipe I tried this year - the Marshmallow Cookie Sandwiches. They are a bit of work, but wow are they tasty! I'm going to cut them down to bite size bits and share them with co-workers this week. I made the graham crackers from scratch and they are way good.

The Christmas Catch-Up!

I've been busy working on a super fun project (will share more when I can) the last few weeks and have had no time to focus on Christmas. This weekend is going to be themed "Christmas Catch-Up". I began baking and getting our holiday card designed and printed. I make these tasty coconut cookies for my work pals every year. This year I added chocolate and roasted almonds on top. Way good! I also made some home-made graham crackers for a new sweet treat I am making this year. I'm hoping they turn out well. Stay tuned! I'll share pictures once those are finished.

Now off to start packaging up gifts to send to the family!

Moonstruck Chocolate Co. Bar Wrappers

I recently was moonstruck when came across these amazing chocolate bar package design at Lovely Package. They are so cool! On design alone, I would definitely pick these up for a closer look and probably buy them for gifts. I'm sure they are quite tasty too! It was an added bonus to find out Moonstruck Chocolate Co. is in P-Town (Portland).

My New Lunch Bag

Say hello to my new lunch bag.

Yes, it is meant for kids. But the tag says "For Kids 3 and up" and I fall into that age group! Sweet!

It never fails when I go online Christmas shopping for family and friends, I end up stumbling across something I just have to have. Anyways, I spotted this cute owl bag over at one of my favorite blogs, The Owl Barn. It arrived today in the mail - woop! If this size doesn't end up big enough for both breakfast and lunch I might upgrade to one of the little backpacks. I have no shame. Ha!
