I set up a great shot - milk, cookies nicely placed, pretty fabric in the background - and realized my camera is on the fritz. It seems minor, but the piece that slides over the lens (triggers off and on) has gotten slowly worse lately and finally just isn't working. We are hoping we can fix it with a bit of fiddling - and not break it more!

. Sorry for the poor photo, I had to use the camera on my imac.I wanted to add a little color to the post, since the cookie photo wasn't great. Here is something I did while learning to use watercolours. I know it is pretty simple, but I still like it and can't wait to get more practice with watercolours.
