I made this Strawberry Shortcake the other night. The first night we had some I completely forgot to take a picture before gobbling it down. Tonight, I remembered!
This is the only picture I took while cooking - I thought it was a pretty interesting photo.

Oh no! I'm probably going to gain 5 pounds just looking at it. It looks soooo good!
That really is a cool shot! Now I have a craving for strawberry shortcake. I think I gained 5 pounds from all the angel food cake and strawberries I has last week. Yummy, it was worth it.
