This is one of those pictures that makes me think of Horton Hears a Who by Dr. Seuss. As a kid, and even now, whenever I see something like this I always wonder "what if..." there is a little world unknown to us thriving away in something so small and wonderful.

What a great book and I really liked the movie that just came out for it.

hey kelly,
i used to watch this show on sesame street where there were little bugs that lived in a window box (i think) i thought it was so cool as a kid to see these tiny creatures and the little world they lived in --- wish i could see it again :)
How sweet! I can totally see why you think of Horton hears a Who. Very intriguing photo too.
I used and really still do love that book too. I haven't seen the movie yet, though.
